Q. Can I add more than one vaccination card to my CLEAR Health Pass?
A. Health Pass can only support one (1) vaccination card at this time and it can only integrate the standard 4:3 CDC issued vaccination card.
Q. Do I need to show my photo ID with my proof of vaccination?
A. CLEAR Health Pass verifies your identity. You will only need your ID if you are unable to use CLEAR Health Pass.
Q. Can I just show my vaccination card or a picture of my vaccination card?
A. We recommend that you upload your information into the free CLEAR app. To use CLEAR Health Pass, download the free CLEAR mobile app, tap the Health Pass Tile, select Capital One Arena, and enroll. From there, follow the prompts to include your proof of vaccination. Failing to engage the CLEAR app prior to arrival will significantly delay your entry into Capital One Arena. Q. What do I do if I received my vaccination in another country?
A. CLEAR Health Pass does not support vaccination cards from countries outside of the United States. If you received your vaccination in another country, please provide physical proof of vaccination, or a digital photo of a vaccination card, along with photo ID for entry into the arena.
Q. What if my phone dies?
A. Use any gate to enter the arena and be prepared to share your physical vaccination card (original, photocopy, or digital copy/photo) along with photo identification for patrons ages 18 years and older.
Q. What if I don’t have a smart phone?
A. Use any gate to enter the arena and be prepared to share your physical vaccination card (original, photocopy, or digital copy/photo) along with photo identification for patrons ages 18 years and older.
Q. Do I have to wear my mask if I am vaccinated?
A. Yes. The District of Columbia has mandated face masks while indoors for everyone age 2 and older and face masks will be required for all guests for the entirety of the game, including while seated in the arena in the ticket holder's assigned seat. Face masks must cover the guest’s nose and mouth, and cannot be a gaiter, open-chin triangle handkerchief/bandana, costume mask, mesh material, or a covering with an exhalation valve or holes.
Q. What other steps are you taking regarding COVID-19?
A. We have invested in several upgrades to our air systems and cleaning protocols and invite you to visit our website to learn all we are doing to provide you with a safe and healthy environment at Capital One Arena: www.monumentalsports.com/health-safety.
